About us

We are a local charity of c.25 staff comprising nursing/care, fundraising and operations caring for more than 150 patients each year. We are recognised for the outstanding, personalised care we provide and are very well supported and thought of within our community.

We are the only Hospice in Home service in Warwickshire to offer a 24 hour, 365 days per annum service with providing patients and families access to us whenever they have the need to do so.

We value input, ideas and feedback from our patients, families, staff and healthcare partners and this allows us to further develop our services. As a relatively small team with a very supportive Board of Trustees we are nimble and lack some of the bureaucracy and inflexibility of larger organisations.

Your mandate will include developing our services further as part of the NHS Integrated Neighbourhood Team strategy and this will be supported by our pending move back to the redeveloped Ellen Badger Community Hospital.

Our culture is one of openness and encouragement for staff to grow and fulfill their desired potential.
