Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester vacancy in Aldershot, Hampshire
1. Pay: Up to £35,000 Basic + £5k Realistic OTE
2. Hours: 40 hours per week Monday - Friday - never work a Saturday again!

What You’ll Do as an MOT Technician:
3. Conduct vehicle repairs, servicing, and diagnostics
4. Perform MOT testing accurately and efficiently
5. Deliver exceptional customer service and technical expertise
6. Work within a friendly team committed to quality and safety
Required Skills:
7. Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician
8. Official MOT Tester qualification
9. Strong diagnostic skills and technical knowledge
10. Ability to work efficiently and independently
Nice to Have Skills:
11. Additional manufacturer qualifications
12. Experience working in a franchise dealership environment
13. Exceptional organisational and communication skills
Preferred Education and Experience:
14. Relevant automotive technician certifications or equivalent
15. Several years of hands-on experience in vehicle maintenance and MOT testing
Other Requirements:
16. Valid MOT Tester certification
17. Own tools desirable but not essential
18. Professional attitude and commitment to quality workmanship
