Join Tesco to apply for the Tesco Colleague - St Edmunds Cornhill Express role. The role offers a rate of pay starting from £12.45 per hour, increasing to £13.66 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may apply depending on location. It is our policy to offer new colleagues a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week; there are also opportunities to work fewer hours (to a minimum of 12) if desired.
Availability windows are shown in the schedule; we will schedule contracted hours within these times and provide 3 weeks notice of shifts. We aim to support flexibility where possible.

Responsibilities
* Being a colleague in one of our stores means helping to serve shoppers better every day.

* Work across the store in service, picking and replenishment areas where required.
* Apply training to work safely, effectively, and deliver excellent service.
* Make decisions that are right for customers and deliver routines in store that meet customer needs at the right time.

* Understand store performance and collaborate to drive service, sales, reduce waste, and deliver profit.
* Handle products with care to maintain quality and ensure timely delivery to customers.
* Be yourself, live Tesco values, and follow company policies.
* May be required to accept deliveries into the store.
