What You’ll Do: • Supervise whole classes across Key Stages 3 to 5 during the short-term absence of teachers. • Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans, ensuring students stay on task and engaged. • Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies and expectations. • Provide feedback to teaching staff regarding student progress and any issues encountered. • Support the school day-to-day with a professional, proactive attitude. What We’re Looking For: Cover Supervisor: • A confident, reliable individual with strong communication skills. • Experience working with secondary-aged pupils (desired but not essential). • An adaptable and resilient approach to classroom management. • A genuine passion for education and helping young people thrive.
