HRGO Recruitment are seeking for a Picker Packer to join our client's team in their packaging department in Hastings. The successful candidate will be required to pick and pack products to the highest standard.
Responsibilities:
* Efficiently pick and pack products to ensure accurate order fulfilment.
* Working on a production line
* Inspect products for damages and report any discrepancies to the supervisor.
* Collaborate with team members to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
* Maintain a clean and organised work space to promote safety and efficiency.
Skills Required:
* Reliability
* MUST live in Hastings or be able to commute
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members.
* Ability to stand for extended periods
