ROLE PURPOSE: To support the development of the GEDU business, its people, processes, technologies, and data to ensure revenue targets are reached, service quality is maintained, and operational efficiency is maximized.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Identify and establish partnerships with new potential student recruitment agencies and other educational or training providers.
2. Assist the team in achieving student recruitment targets for each intake.
3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with company stakeholders, recruiting partners, and customers.
4. Analyze customer feedback to assess satisfaction with products and services.
5. Support programme management team members to maximize enrolment.
6. Attend business meetings and provide training to new recruiting partners regularly.
7. Provide insights into product development and competitive positioning.
8. Analyze financial data to develop strategies for reducing costs and increasing profits.
9. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
10. Collaborate with company executives to pursue viable, cost-effective business strategies.
11. Meet with potential partners to present offerings and negotiate deals.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Administration, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or related field.
* Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
* Willingness to travel as needed.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and management skills.
