About The Team: You will be working alongside the Head of Production and two other Senior Operations Managers, helping us to continue to put our customers first and go the extra mile in everything we do. What You Will Be Doing: You will be responsible for the running of successful shifts across a 24/7 operation Leading team members to develop an inclusive performance culture Continually identifying opportunities to implement best practise throughout the wider team Be overall accountable to our performance metrics and the improvement of them Support the implementation of new products into the operation Workforce resource planning and team development – Succession planning, Personal development plans and creating an operational talent pool Recruit and develop staff to be the best at what they do Who You Are: Ideally be from a FMCG background in Production or Logistics Operations Management. Experience with managing large scale operations with multiple management tiers. Experience in working with electronic warehouse management systems. Strong understanding of health and safety and its application in a warehouse/production environment. Understanding of operational reporting, key information identification and critical issue escalation Excellent people skills and be passionate about achieving results through people. A strong leader, able to inspire others and build engaged and motivated teams.
