The Opportunity: Invoice Controller Contract: Permanent Location: Cannock The Briggs Equipment Group is a leading provider of asset management and maintenance solutions across the UK and Ireland. The Impact you will have: Follow all company Health & Safety policies to protect colleagues and customers. Ensure accurate job closure, charging all parts, labour and expenses correctly to maximise revenue. Maintain clear, timely communication with internal teams and external customers. Monitor job costs and margins to support strong business performance. Reduce and resolve job queries quickly and efficiently. Take ownership of customer disputes and resolve them within agreed timeframes. Promote a strong team-working culture and support colleagues when needed. Identify issues proactively and take responsibility for resolving them. Process specialist or non-standard invoicing requests accurately. Work with regional managers to resolve billing queries. Support the region in achieving daily and monthly SLAs and KPIs. Assist with training and onboarding of new team members. Deliver a high standard of service through accurate work and professional communication. Meet personal and departmental objectives consistently. Undertake additional tasks requested by regional management as required What will help you to excel in this role: Significant communication skills with the ability to interact confidently at all levels of the business. Significant experience working in environments requiring a high level of accuracy. Significant computer literacy, including strong Microsoft Office skills and regular use of business systems. Significant experience influencing others to achieve positive outcomes.
