What you'll own:
Deliver a top-tier drinks offering, from classics to signature serves
Lead, train, and motivate a high-energy bar team
Create exceptional guest experiences, every time
Manage stock, suppliers, and drive strong GP performance
Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and compliance
Stay calm under pressure and solve problems on the fly What you bring: Proven bar leadership in a busy environment
Strong product knowledge and passion for quality drinks
A hands-on, lead-by-example approach
Sharp organisational and commercial awareness
Energy, resilience, and a cool head when it counts
What you get:
Up to £14 per hour, 45 hours per week
Tronc of at least £7,000 per year
Bonus potential up to £2,000
On-target earnings of up to £40,500
