BCMGlobal Mortgage Services are seeking a Contract Variations Officer to join our team. As part of a dynamic and supportive team, you will ensure that all loans are serviced in line with client strategies, minimising losses and ensuring compliance with SLAs and procedures.

The Contract Variations Officer will ensure that service is provided in accordance with, and in excess of, the levels specified in the SLA, procedures and current legislation. You will also ensure, all enquiries from borrowers, third parties and clients are dealt with in accordance with SLA’s and procedures.


Role and Key Responsibilities

* Ability to organise workload to meet deadlines and regulatory requirements.
* Excellent communicator at all levels - both verbal and written.
* High attention to detail - recording of information must be accurate, factual and professional.
* Ability to work as an effective team member - be co-operative, support others and deliver what you promise.
* Ability to proactively manage own workload.
* A desire to learn and take on new systems and concepts quickly.
* Empathetic manner - be able to confidently deal with difficult conversations whilst showing empathy and dealing sensitively, but appropriately.
* Competent using Microsoft Office packages.
* A can-do attitude with a desire to identify and deliver effective solutions for customers and all clients and stakeholders, both internal and external.


Position, goals, and measures

* Reporting directly into the Property Sales & Contract Variations Team Leader, the Property Sales & Contract Variations Officer will be responsible for demonstrating the company values in their daily workload.
* Performance in the role is measured by documented 1-2-1’s alongside adherence to personal and team objectives.

* Office Working hours are from 8.30am to 5pm or 9.00am to 5.30pm with one hour for lunch.
