Location: Mearns View Care Home, Newton Mearns, East Renfrewshire. Our purpose‑built 67‑bed care facility offers Residential, Nursing, Dementia, Respite & Palliative Care services.
What We Offer
* £12.70 per hour
* Contracted or flexible hours – up to 44 hours per week
* Paid PVG, uniform and onsite parking
* 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on full‑time contract)
* Full training provided – no prior experience needed
* Four‑week shadowing and induction with a dedicated buddy

Your Role
You’ll work alongside experienced carers, learning how to support residents with personal care, mobility, mealtimes and companionship. You’ll build confidence through shadowing, regular catch‑ups and ongoing guidance. It’s not just about tasks – it’s about building relationships, bringing comfort and being there for someone when it matters most.
