Creative Strategist (Part Time - Remote/Hybrid Role)
We’re on a mission to help dogs feel healthier and happier through effective natural supplements. What started as an independent brand has grown to over 5,000 orders per month in just 2.5 years. We believe in no fillers, no artificial flavors, just vet-formulated goodness that dogs love and owners trust.
The Role
We’re looking for a strategic creative mind to help shape how we connect with dog parents who want the best for their four-legged family members. This is a part-time role (2-3 days per week) perfect for an experienced strategist who wants flexibility while making a meaningful impact in the pet wellness space.
What You'll Do
* Develop creative strategies that resonate with health-conscious dog owners across all marketing channels
* Craft compelling brand narratives that communicate our honest, science-backed approach to dog wellness
* Guide content creation across social media, email, website, and advertising campaigns
* Research and analyze target audiences, market trends, and competitor landscapes
* Collaborate closely with our founder and team to ensure all creative work aligns with our mission
* Optimize campaign performance through data-driven insights and strategic pivots
What We0re Looking For
* 3+ years of creative strategy experience, ideally in wellness, lifestyle, or pet-related brands
* Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and how creative strategy drives performance
* Ability to translate brand values into compelling, authentic messaging
* Experience with audience research and consumer insights
* Portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking that led to measurable results
* Passion for animal wellness and understanding of the pet parent mindset
* Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a small team environment
Nice to Have
* Experience in the supplement, wellness, or D2C space
* Knowledge of pet industry trends and regulations
* Background in content strategy or creative direction
* Experience with performance marketing campaigns
