Our diverse team includes medical doctors, sleep experts, mental health professionals, and complementary practitioners. We offer on-site medical services for businesses, public sector organisations, and individuals, including urine analysis, blood testing, ECGs, audiometry, and 24-hour blood pressure monitoring at our clinic in Newcastle.
Role Description
This is a part-time (30 hrs/week) on-site Administrative Assistant role located in Newcastle upon Tyne, England. The Administrative Assistant will manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records. Other responsibilities include providing clerical support to the executive team and ensuring smooth office operations.
Essential Skills & Experience:
* Excellent customer care skills, with a welcoming, solution-focused attitude
* Clear phone etiquette and strong communication abilities
* Exceptional organisation and multitasking skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, OneDrive)
* Ability to work independently and as part of a small, collaborative team
* High level of attention to detail and time management
* GCSE Maths and English
* A Level or equivalent
Desirable:
* Previous experience in a healthcare, wellness, or clinic setting
* Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role
* Bachelor's degree
* B2B marketing knowledge (particularly in healthcare or wellness services)
* Social media skills (e.g., managing Instagram, Facebook or LinkedIn content)
