We are currently recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a busy and supportive finance team based in Hackney. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable professional looking to join a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Processing a high volume of supplier invoices accurately and efficiently
Matching purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices
Managing supplier queries and maintaining strong working relationships
Preparing and processing weekly/monthly payment runs
Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies
Supporting month-end processes and reporting requirements
Assisting with general finance administration and process improvements
About You
Proven experience in a Purchase Ledger / Accounts Payable role
Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload
Confident communicator, both written and verbal
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
Proactive, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
