As a Teaching Assistant focused on SEN support, you will be the childs champion. Your day:to:day responsibilities will include:
* One:to:One Support: Focusing on both the childs academic progress and personal, social, and emotional development.

* Emotional and Social Support: Offering a consistent and vital source of encouragement, helping the child feel secure and confident.

What Were Looking For
The ideal candidate is someone who is reliable, empathetic, and ready to jump in and make a difference.
* Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience working with children, preferably within an early years or primary school setting.
* Qualifications: A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification, or equivalent, relevant experience.
* Professional Knowledge: An understanding of child development and best practices for SEN assistance.
* Compliance: An enhanced DBS check (ideally registered on the Update Service).
