The Rewards

The Role
We are looking for a confident, all‑round Vehicle Technician to handle a variety of mechanical and electrical tasks. Your day‑to‑day will involve:
* Diagnostics: Identifying complex mechanical and electrical faults using modern equipment.
* Repairs: Handling everything from routine servicing to engine and gearbox work.
* Quality Control: Ensuring all work meets strict manufacturer standards and safety protocols.
* MOTs: Carrying out vehicle health checks and MOT testing (if qualified).
About You
To be successful in this Automotive Technician role, you should have:
* Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
* Experience: Proven track record in a workshop environment; diagnostic skills are essential.
* Licence: A valid, full UK Driving Licence.
* Attributes: High attention to detail and a pride in your "first‑time fix" rate.
* Bonus Points: An active MOT Smart Card and previous main dealer experience are a plus, but not essential as training is provided.
