Role Overview
Service Advisor – Aftersales team at Lloyd Jaguar Land Rover, located in Stockton.
Salary: £29,999 plus bonus
Hours: 45 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 18:00 with a Saturday rota
Responsibilities
* Deal with all customers in a professional, prompt and courteous manner, portraying a positive first impression of the Service Department.
* Advise on technical queries/issues.
* Book vehicles into the department for work, informing customers of progress.
* Sell customer repairs/parts and finalise the invoice on completion.
Qualifications & Skills
* Motivated, with a proactive approach to customer service.
* Enjoy the challenge of influencing the success of the Service department.
* Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills and be well presented.
* Must be IT literate; a working knowledge of Kerridge would be advantageous.
* Must hold a full UK driving licence.
