Responsibilities
* Greet patients warmly as they arrive and assist them with check-in procedures
* Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring optimal use of the dentist's time
* Manage patient records, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date
* Handle incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries in a timely manner
* Process payments and manage billing enquiries with professionalism
* Maintain a clean and organised reception area, creating a welcoming environment for patients
* Collaborate with dental staff to ensure seamless patient care and communication
Requirements
* Previous dental reception experience is essential
* Administrative experience with strong organisational skills is highly desirable
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service
* Proficient in using computer systems and dental software applications
* Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
