About the Mortgage Broker role As a Mortgage Broker, you’ll be joining a well-structured team with a consistent pipeline of warm leads generated through a robust network of introducers and referrals. Your focus? Guiding clients through the mortgage process, sourcing the most suitable products, and providing expert advice on mortgages and protection. Mortgage Broker Key Responsibilities * Deliver expert whole-of-market Mortgage and Protection advice * Assess clients’ financial circumstances and recommend tailored products * Manage HNW and complex mortgage cases with professionalism and care * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mortgage products and regulations * Liaise with internal support, administration, and protection teams to ensure a smooth process from application to completion * Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and introducers Mortgage Broker What’s on Offer * Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 basic * Commission: Uncapped, with 20% commission structure * Location: London * 25 days holiday * Full administrative support * Consistent flow of quality leads provided – no cold calling required Mortgage Broker Skills & Experience * CeMAP-qualified (or equivalent) Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker * Proven experience handling HNW or complex mortgage cases * Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills * Organised, proactive, and self-motivated * Ability to deliver impartial, compliant advice Why Apply?
