We are on the hunt for a rockstar GM for this beautifully remodeled and refreshed flagship site. Managing the daily operation of the business you will guide, lead and coach a team of amazing people to deliver profit & ROI.
Responsibilities
* Provide leadership by presence on the floor - office managers and key swingers need not apply!
* Manage finances of business with full accountability for the P&L
* Recruit and train new team members to ensure the highest quality experience to our guests.
Must haves
* The №1 priority is your guest, be guest obsessed.
* Management of guest experience preferably in the hospitality industry is a key part of this role.
* Demonstrated ability to lead your team to achieve above & beyond whilst being fully approachable.
* Comfortable working with budgets, payroll, revenue and forecasting and meeting admin deadlines.
* This is not a first appointment site - experience is definitely a must.
* Sound level of written & spoken English.
* An eye for standards & attention to detail.
Nice to haves
* Driving licence - due to rural location.
* Experienced in a fresh food environment, working with chefs of all levels.
* Experience dealing with council officials & environmental health.
* Cellar management experience.
* An understanding of a seasonal pub business.
