Be at the forefront of implementing a new multidisciplinary care model for pregnant women with complex needs. Leading a multidisciplinary team comprising obstetricians, midwives, social workers, mental health professionals, and legal specialists
Providing antenatal and acute care, including clinic and theatre duties
Supporting and supervising Junior Medical Staff while fostering professional development
Contributing to clinical guidelines and quality improvement initiatives
Expertise in managing high-risk pregnancies and complex care
