Job Description
Reporting into one of the Senior Creative Project Managers or Creative Project Management Manager, this candidate will be responsible for interrogating briefs and requirements, mapping out project timings and plans, working with people from across the department and wider business and leading the project team in delivering the end campaign.
This candidate will also be expected to lead by example in how projects are set up, use an in-house project management and collaboration tool, assess and book resource and confidently communicate with wider and senior stakeholders. There may be the opportunity to have a Junior Creative Project Manager as a direct report.
The Details
1. The day to day coordination and delivery of multi-channel global content, including promotional, campaign and partner brand activity, delivered by working with commercial, editorial, creative, content, marketing, talent, PR, CRM and social teams.
2. Creating project plans for medium lead projects using resource information, and managing projects based on this
3. Setting up roles and responsibility documents and ensuring these are agreed amongst key stakeholders and clearly communicated and actioned
4. Ensure effective use of budget (where required) and creative resource
5. Communicating plans to project teams clearly and effectively
6. Managing the approval process, and escalating if support is required
7. Troubleshooting issues, escalating when required
8. Using our internal project management tool or Microsoft equivalent to manage and deliver all projects, book resource and communicate project information
9. Striving to constantly improve planning, processes and procedures required to deliver content and make recommendations to senior members of the team, to ensure efficiency and effectiveness is maintained at the highest level

Qualifications
11. Previous experience working in house or at an agency delivering digital creative marketing campaigns
12. Experience working directly with stakeholders across multiple functions
13. An enthusiastic and proactive attitude. Although the team requirements and objectives are very clear, this role needs to be flexible and versatile, to adapt to the type of projects and workload that may arise as the business requirements evolve.
14. Proven experience of working within a team, and a desire to continue to do so. ASOS is full of talented people, experts in their field. An important part of your job, especially at the beginning, will be building relationships between the different teams within HQ and local offices
15. A strong understanding of onsite, digital and creative outputs with excellent time management skills and an ability to drive a project forward to ensure it meets its deadlines
16. Experience managing a range of production dependencies across a wide range of platforms Mobile, desktop, email, display advertising, social, apps whilst communicating effectively with a wide team with varying skill sets, to deliver content.
17. An understanding or previous experience with project management tools and MS systems desirable.
