The role focuses on increasing occupancy across the region by applying professional sales techniques and managing local marketing activities. Responsibilities
* Manage enquiries to improve conversion rates and achieve occupancy targets.
* Communicate effectively with prospects and existing residents.
* Network within the local community to raise the home’s profile and generate enquiries.
* Support local and wider marketing activities to increase visibility.
* Identify opportunities to improve sales and marketing performance.
Qualifications & Experience
* Proven sales and marketing experience; experience in healthcare preferred but not mandatory.
* Ability to analyse data using Salesforce or a similar CRM application.
* Self‑motivated, target‑driven with strong interpersonal skills.
* Proficient user of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
* Full UK driving licence.
What You Will Do
* Represent Barchester and its state‑of‑the‑art homes professionally.
* Handle all sales activity, including telephone discussions and tours of the home.
* Engage residents and relatives to understand their needs and experience.
* Respond to enquiries and actively generate new leads.
* Maintain an up‑to‑date contacts database.
