The role

* Talent agent with 4+ years of experience
* Proven track record in talent management, development of talent strategy and increasing revenue
* Strong networking and relationship building skills
* Expert knowledge of creator economy and wider talent space
* ‘Little black book’ of talent and brand contacts
* Organised approach to managing logistics
* Hunger for social and digital trends
* Strong problem solver
* Entrepreneurial spirit - must be interested in starting own business
Responsibilities
As part of the Scout Creatives network and as a business leader, you get to run your business, your way. You will be responsible for the following:
* Developing a growing roster of talent - scouting emerging talent, networking at industry events, and utilising social platforms to spot individuals who align with your business's values and goals
* Talent management - including contract negotiating and signing, travel / schedule management, ensuring contractual obligations are delivered on time and on brief, advising on content creation, public image management, facilitating opportunities, and ensuring career goals align with their and your values
* Sourcing and negotiating brand deals and opportunities for talent - Proactively building relationships with potential brand partners, negotiating contracts, ensuring favourable terms, and acting as a liaison between the talent and the brand, managing the logistics of deliverables
* Own-agency brand building - ensuring you have a clear, unique selling point and brand. Your roster of talent should reflect your values and support your long-term vision, helping to establish credibility, trust, and a solid presence in the industry
* Business development - acting as a business strategist, exploring new revenue streams, identifying challenges and opportunities in the market and scaling your operations
