THE ROLE:
Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Customer Service Administrator to join their busy and supportive team based in Newcastle. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working collaboratively, and providing outstanding service to both customers and colleagues. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing customer enquiries and returns, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring that operations run smoothly on a day-to-day basis.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Deliver professional, efficient, and friendly customer service across phone, email, and online platforms
2. Manage customer queries, returns, and delivery issues — liaising with couriers and internal departments to ensure timely resolutions
3. Support Sales and Purchasing teams with product and order-related enquiries
4. Handle replacements, refunds, and aftercare to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
5. Maintain and update key operational reports such as delivery schedules and configuration planners
