Salary: MPS/UPS (Daily Rates Available) £130 - £230
About the Role:
GSL Education is seeking adaptable and enthusiastic Supply Secondary Teachers to work in schools across Birmingham. Whether you are a subject specialist or confident delivering a range of subjects, we have flexible opportunities to suit your needs. Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging lessons across various subjects, following pre-set lesson plans.
* Adapt quickly to different school environments and classroom settings.
* Maintain excellent classroom behaviour management to ensure a positive learning atmosphere.
* Provide constructive feedback and support to students as required.
* Represent GSL Education professionally in all school placements.
Requirements:
* UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
* Experience teaching in UK secondary schools with strong classroom management skills.
* The ability to adapt confidently to different schools and subject areas.
* A passion for education and helping students reach their full potential.
* An enhanced DBS on the Update Service or the willingness to apply for one.
