* Develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal business areas, external partners, and stakeholders to ensure joined-up project delivery.
* Use data analysis and partnership working to establish measurable progress indicators, ensuring continuous performance improvement.
* Engage with external market organisations, including the installation supply chain, to support charge point installations across their lifecycle.
* Stay informed on EV charge point regulations and requirements (e.g., BS PAS 1899, non-proprietary payment methods, smart charging) and communicate this knowledge to internal and external teams.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
* Proven experience delivering projects from inception to completion.
* Working knowledge of electric vehicle infrastructure strategy development and programme delivery.
* Understanding of the challenges and opportunities within the regional transport network, with familiarity with transport planning and policy.
* Experience advising and guiding managers and external agencies regularly.
* Strong experience in partnership working with local authorities, public sector bodies, and transport operators.
* Ability to understand complex issues and present concise advice to senior decision-makers.
* Experience with programme management techniques.
* Knowledge of GIS (Geographic Information Systems).
