Job Overview
Receive full training and development to progress into a lead design position. Produce and develop CAD designs for bespoke playground equipment. Attend site visits to understand client needs and design practical solutions. Support projects from concept through to manufacturing and installation. Work alongside experienced project managers and engineers on real client projects.

Qualifications
* Recent Engineering Graduate with knowledge of SolidWorks.
* Degree in Engineering or related field.
* Proficient in SolidWorks.
* Enthusiastic, creative, and eager to learn in an exciting, hands‑on industry.
* Interested in growing long‑term within a collaborative, expanding business.
