What You'll Be Doing This isn’t just paperwork – it’s the engine room of our garage operations. You’ll be handling a variety of responsibilities, including: Managing garage and lost property enquiries Coordinating disciplinary paperwork and supporting internal meetings (including HS&E) Identifying staff through customer feedback, assessments, and incident reports Keeping our systems in check – maintaining staff records across platforms like Tracerit, My Drive, and EPMorris Co-ordinating licence and CPC checks Working closely with the Operations supervisors Requesting and downloading CCTV for internal use and police matters Supporting financial reconciliation – Shorts & Overs General admin duties – no two days are the same What We’re Looking For We want someone who thrives in a busy environment, handles confidential information with integrity, and brings a people-first approach to everything they do.
