Key Responsibilities: You will provide expert legal advice and representation on: Divorce, separation and civil partnership dissolution Financial remedy proceedings, including business and property division High-value matrimonial finance cases involving complex asset portfolios Child arrangements, parental responsibility and relocation disputes Cohabitation agreements, disputes and property claims Pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements International and cross-border family law matters Your Profile: UK-qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive Minimum 3 years’ PQE in private family law Strong knowledge of matrimonial finance Proven track record of delivering excellent client care Ability to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision What’s on Offer?
