Our UK Marketing team is looking for an accomplished Marketer with experience in financial services.
In this role you’ll be responsible for helping shape how we engage with leading wealth managers, IFAs, and investment platforms. The right candidate will be driven, with proven experience of digital first communications and using data and analytics to activity. You’ll work in collaboration with our Marketing centres of excellence and UK business to deliver exceptional client engagement journeys and experiences. This role reports to the Head of UK Funds Marketing, and is based full-time at our EMEA headquarters on Victoria Embankment, London.
As a VP in the UK Marketing Team you’ll lead the development and execution of key marketing campaigns and projects that will support client investment decisions. This is a hands‑on role where your digital expertise and analytical mindset will help us stand out in a competitive market.
Job responsibilities
* Lead multi-channel campaigns: Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to acquire and retain UK clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives
* Digital engagement strategy: Own and enhance the digital engagement strategy, focusing on optimising client experience and end‑to‑end digital journeys
* Website ownership: Oversee the UK professional investor website inc. collaborating with the Digital Team to implement new capabilities, test features, and establish best practices
* Strategic contribution: Support the broader distribution strategy by identifying opportunities for innovation across sales and marketing programmes
* General marketing: Provide flexible support across a range of day‑to‑day marketing activities as required
* Stakeholder relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with sales, specialist marketing teams, external agencies and investment partners
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
* Experience in asset management, financial services, or regulated industry
* Strong execution skills with high degree of initiative and ownership
* Track record of delivering successful multi‑channel campaigns
* Ability to manage and drive projects, with high standards
* Confident communicator and collaborator with internal and external partners, especially sales and investment desks
* Proficient in marketing technology, such as CRM, email, web, digital events, automation and reporting
* Data literate, able to interpret and leverage analytics for business results
* Commitment to diversity of thought and inclusive team culture
* Innovative mindset, able to constructively challenge convention and drive new ideas to enhance the client outcome.
* Proactive learner, eager to maintain good knowledge of the industry, markets and products as the business evolves
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
* In‑depth knowledge of the UK funds industry / experience working with wealth managers, IFAs, and investment platforms
* Knowledge of compliance and regulatory standards in financial services marketing

The UK Funds Marketing Team is part of the Global Asset and Wealth Management Marketing organisation and works closely with the UK business. We develop and deliver marketing strategies aligned with UK business goals, leveraging the expertise and resources of our global marketing centres of excellence in digital, media, business intelligence, content, events, and brand.
