They are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to join their expanding finance team. Key Responsibilities
* Processing sales and purchase invoices
* Performing bank reconciliations and posting transactions
* Responding to accounting-related queries
* Preparing balance sheet reconciliations
* Managing credit control activities
* Supporting the finance team with ad hoc tasks
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in an accounting or finance role (essential)
* Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
* Competent user of Microsoft Office
* Experience using QuickBooks (desirable)
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
