We are seeking an enthusiastic Receptionist to join a respected, service‑focused organisation in central London. This role sits at the heart of the front‑of‑house operation and requires professionalism, reliability and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
1. Provide a warm, confident and highly professional welcome to all visitors
2. Manage incoming calls, emails and enquiries with discretion and accuracy
3. Ensure the reception area remains organised, presentable and well‑run
4. Support internal meetings, hospitality and company events
5. Manage post, deliveries, couriers and essential office supplies
6. Oversee refreshments, catering arrangements and twice‑weekly Ocado orders
7. Maintain the Reception Manual and support ad‑hoc administrative tasks
About You
8. Experience in a client dacing or customer service role
9. Strong communication skills and a composed, friendly manner
10. Excellent attention to detail and a reliable, discreet approach
11. Ability to stay calm and solutions‑focused in a busy environment
12. Very comfortable using MS Office and meeting‑room management systems
Hours of Work
