Job Title: Electrical Shift Engineer | Location: Nottingham

So what’s it all about?
As our next Electrical Shift Engineer, you will be resilient and adaptable due to the nature of the fast-paced environment you will be working within. Using your own initiative will be key whilst also collaborating with the rest of the engineering team and other departments across the site.
Working with a team of skilled Engineers, you will be responsible for not only repairing electrical issues with the bakery production lines but encouraged to implement positive ideas in the reliability of the machines moving forward. There will also be an element of mechanical workload.
You will be a vital member of the days maintenance team and will be instrumental in the diagnosing of machine faults. Your remit will be to carry out essential machine maintenance to ensure the smooth running of the production line and limit downtime.
You will be passionate about the role Engineers play in making improvements and how you can proactively influence situations instead of just being reactive. In this role, you will ensure faults are found quickly and repaired efficiently.
The Key Requirements...
* Minimum Level 3 or equivalent in electrical engineering
* Previous experience as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer within a food, FMCG or industrial manufacturing environment
