Caremark Pulborough and Horsham Care Coordinator to join their head office team. As a Care Coordinator you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring our customers receive exceptional care and our Care Assistants are fully supported.

Up to £27,000 a year

Shift and schedule:
Office Based Hours – 9.00am – 5.00pm plus covering on call on a rota basis and occasional weekend working if required

Your Responsibilities
* Answering all incoming telephone enquiries
* Permanent allocation of Care Assistants to all customer visits and ensuring all visits are always covered
* Send weekly rotas via email where possible
* Daily back ups
* Daily handovers to work closely with the Field Care Supervisor
* Set up new carer phones
* Book carer holidays
* Maintaining computer systems and ensure they are up to date
* To ensure compliance with all office systems and procedures
* Production of reports and management information as required
* Promptly respond to emergency situations, including going out to cover care visits when required
* Cover on call on a rota basis
* Support across other areas of the business as required
You’ll need…

* A driving licence & access to a vehicle.
* A caring & respectful attitude.
* Strong communication, organisational & teamwork skills.
* A responsible, dedicated & flexible work ethic.
* Experience providing domiciliary care is desirable but not essential
* Right to Work in the UK.
* Two satisfactory references.
* Enhanced DBS check.
