The Opportunity
* Take ownership of end-to-end influencer campaigns, from sourcing creators to delivering assets.

Responsibilities
* Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
* Build strong, positive relationships with creators, supporting their experience and engagement.
* Collaborate with account teams to match creators with brands and deliver impactful campaigns.
* Maintain structured processes to track progress, communicate updates, and resolve challenges proactively.
* Support optional initiatives, including workshops, brand briefs, and creative strategy development.
Your Profile
* 2–3 years' experience in influencer marketing or creator management, ideally in an agency setting.
* Proven ability to manage end-to-end campaigns with multiple creators.
* Highly organised, proactive, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
* Passionate about creators and the creator economy, with excellent communication skills.
* Comfortable working in the office three days a week and committed to contributing to team culture.
