What you’ll do
Are you ready to take the lead in managing commercial contracts for one of Vodafone Business's largest UK customer?
We are looking for a collaborative and experienced Commercial Contract Manager to join our in-life team where you will be responsible for managing one of the largest WAN customer contracts post signature, ensuring Vodafone meets our contractual obligations whilst ensuring revenue & margins are protected.
1. Manage in-life commercial aspects and profitability of defined accounts.
2. Serve as the commercial face of the contract to the customer.
3. Identify and mitigate risks, and seek opportunities to increase revenue and profitability.
4. Optimize revenue and margin throughout the contract lifecycle.
5. Support the legal team with the review and drafting of contractual documents.
6. Handle contract extensions, renewals, and terminations.
Who you are
7. Significant customer facing experience in a Commercial and Contract Management role.
8. Ability to plan and execute complex negotiations, resolve commercial disputes, and deliver margin improvement activities.
9. Experience in building, managing, and improving P+L’s with complex cost structures.
10. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
11. Growth mindset and a team player.
