Were currently recruiting for a Health & Safety Technician to join our Oak Meadow and Bristol teams
someone who thrives on improving systems, engaging teams, and building a strong safety culture. As our H&S Technician, youll play a key role in supporting the Health & Safety Manager in the day-to-day delivery of our safety management system. Youll be the first point of contact for incident reviews, lead site inspections and audits, and support managers and supervisors with expert coaching and guidance. Youll also: Investigate incidents and identify improvement opportunities. Compile monthly performance reports and spot trends with meticulous attention to detail. Ensure that departmental inductions and training are delivered to a high standard and are compliant with the training LMS Develop and implement safety campaigns and improvement projects.
