This isn't just about flashy animations-it's about making complex technical processes simple, clear, and accessible through structured, engaging visual content.
Working closely with engineers, technical writers, and product specialists, you'll design animated content that helps users understand how to operate, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment-improving operator experience and product quality in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create Engaging Visual How-To Guides: Design clear, step-by-step animations for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting MasterMover machines.
* Develop Technical Support Animations: Produce visual content that breaks down complex mechanical and technical concepts for customer support and service teams.
* Enhance Product Documentation: Contribute animated content to manuals, knowledge bases, and training materials-ensuring consistency, clarity, and brand alignment.
* Build & Maintain a Visual Content Library: Organise all visual content in a searchable archive to support ongoing projects and scale documentation efforts across the business.
* Support Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with engineers, tech authors, and customer service to storyboard, script, and develop effective instructional visuals.
Requirements:
* Experience with animation and motion design software (e.g. After Effects, Blender, Adobe Animate, etc.).
* A strong portfolio showing clear, concise, and creative use of animation or motion graphics.
* A solid understanding of visual storytelling and design principles including layout and typography.
* A keen eye for detail-especially when aligning animations to real technical procedures or CAD outputs.
* Good organisational skills and the ability to manage file structures, naming conventions, and consistent formatting.
* A team mindset-comfortable in a collaborative, feedback-driven environment.
* A desire to learn and grow-particularly in engineering or technical domains.
What We Offer:
* Competitive salary and benefits package.
* Opportunities for personal development.
* A collaborative team culture with a market leading brand.
* Autonomy and success recognition.
