What you'll be doing:
As Night Auditor, you'll take ownership of the retreat's overnight operations. You'll be the main point of contact for guests and staff, ensuring the property is secure, systems are updated, and service standards are upheld at all times. Key responsibilities include:
* Managing overnight reception duties including check-ins, check-outs and guest support
* Monitoring the property and responding to any incidents or overnight issues
* Running end-of-day reports, reconciling bookings and updating CRM systems
* Acting as Duty Manager, overseeing late arrivals, early departures and internal communications
* Ensuring all areas are clean, secure, and guest-ready for the next day
What we're looking for:
We're seeking an experienced hotel professional who is confident managing solo night shifts in a high-end environment. You'll bring:
* Proven experience in night audit, front office, or duty management
* Strong working knowledge of CRM and hotel booking systems
* Excellent communication, problem-solving and time management skills
* A calm, guest-first approach to overnight situations
* Ability to work independently and remain alert and professional overnight
* Access to your own transport is essential - accommodation is not provided
