About the Role This is a dynamic and fast-paced role to support the Operational Team in all aspects of their administrative and operational duties. To ensure the accurate recording of data on all systems and liaising between customers, technicians and other staff members to ensure a high level of customer service is maintained. About the company Established for over five years, we provide sales, service, and hire to all brands of motorhomes, new and used. Across three sites, we have experienced staff and extensive workshop facilities to carry out all aspects of repair, maintenance, and accessory fitting and upgrades, from habitation and damp checks to complete mechanical and habitation repair, servicing, and friendly advice. In addition to this, we have diversified into car and light commercial vehicle sales, service and repair, as well as MOT testing. Our goal is to achieve this through dynamic growth and exceptional customer service, with a team who are responsive, customer-focused, and Right First Time in their work. MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB Liaise with operational personnel and ensure all systems are updated. Effectively manage the administrative activities of the department. Develop positive relationships with customers. Ensure all data input is accurate and completed promptly. Make sure all deliveries are checked in and entered onto systems correctly. MAIN TASKS AND ACTIVITIES Resolve all customer queries promptly. Ensure that all IT systems are effectively utilised and all data input is accurately recorded. To ensure your emails are managed, dealt with, and filed away promptly. Update colleagues or line managers with any relevant service issues, i.e., vehicle breakdowns. Keep key accounts updated with service issues for their specific customers. Ensure all calls are answered on time and customers receive call-backs. Make sure deliveries and collections are managed daily, keeping customers updated on their vehicle progress while with us.
