Job Title: Domiciliary Care Workers (Drivers)

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Domiciliary Medication trained workers to join our team in Edinburgh. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in domiciliary care and a strong background in administering medication.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high quality care and support to older adults in their homes.
* Administer medication as prescribed and ensure accurate record keeping.
* Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and companionship.
* Monitor and report any changes in clients' health and wellbeing.
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Care Assistant or Support Worker with medication administration.
* Hold a clean driving license.
* SVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (preferred).
* Minimum of 6 months experience working with older adults in Scotland.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Compassionate, patient, and reliable.
