Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
We are working on behalf of a leading occupational health provider who are seeking a Senior Occupational Health Advisor to join their clinical team in Hull. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key leadership role in the delivery of high-quality occupational health services, including case management, health surveillance, fitness-for-work assessments, and health promotion.
The Role:
Youll take the lead in managing a team of Occupational Health Advisors, while also maintaining a clinical caseload (approx. 60% clinical / 40% management). The role combines direct service delivery with team leadership, performance management, and client relationship support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver comprehensive case management and fitness-for-work assessments
* Oversee clinical delivery of occupational health services, including surveillance and screening
* Provide clinical and operational leadership to a regional team of OH professionals
* Monitor team performance, support development, and assist with recruitment and retention
* Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders and contribute to service growth
* Ensure best practices and high clinical standards are upheld at all times
About You:
* NMC Registered Nurse with a recognised qualification in Occupational Health (Diploma or Degree level)
* Significant experience in delivering occupational health services across varied sectors
* Confident leading and managing a clinical team
* Strong communicator with experience working with clients and stakeholders
* Able to work independently and proactively
* Full UK driving licence required
Why Apply?
Youll be joining a team that values clinical quality over volume, promotes work-life balance, and fosters a supportive, collaborative culture. This is an ideal role for a seasoned OH professional ready to step into (or build on) a leadership position while continuing to deliver impactful clinical care.
