Year 4 Teaching Assistant - Saltley, Birmingham
Monarch Education are currently working alongside a Primary School in the Saltley area of Birmingham to find an experienced Year 4 Teaching Assistant. This role will be starting in September 2025 and will be on an ongoing basis. The hours for this role are Monday to Thursday 8.30am - 3.30pm and 8.30am - 1.30pm on Fridays.
Requirements of applicant:
You Must have a qualification in Childcare or Education to be considered for this role
Strong understanding of the Year 4 curriculum
Able to present a positive, proactive and adaptable approach to supporting pupils
Committed to promoting a safe and inclusive learning environmentMain Duties and Responsibilities:
Support the delivery of the Year 4 curriculum and regular feedback to teachers to aid future planning
Assist in the preparation of learning resources and learning activities
Provide 1:1 or small group support to pupils, catering to individual needs
Monitor and track pupil progress and tailor support methods accordingly
Assist with classroom management and ensure pupil safety at all timesBenefits of working with Monarch Education:
