East Midlands (Hybrid after probation)
Up to £45,000 DOE
You will play a key role in pricing and securing projects, working from architectural drawings and specifications to deliver accurate and competitive tenders.
Key responsibilities include:
* Preparing detailed estimates from architectural drawings and specifications
* Taking off quantities and defining full scope of works
* Using specialist software to build accurate costings
* Liaising with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
* Raising RFIs and ensuring all project requirements are understood
* Obtaining supplier quotations and supporting technical information
* Submitting tenders and following up to secure feedback
* Identifying value engineering opportunities
* Supporting project handovers to design and delivery teams
What We are Looking For
* Experience in estimating within aluminium / glazing / facade / construction
* Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings
* Knowledge of Logikal software (highly desirable)
* Good understanding of specifications and project requirements
* Confident communicator with clients and suppliers
* Proactive, organised, and able to work independently or as part of a team
