An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Housing Disrepair Solicitor to join a well-established and growing legal practice based in Manchester City Centre. This role offers excellent earning potential, flexibility, and a supportive working environment.
The Role
You will manage your own caseload of housing disrepair matters, acting on behalf of tenants and delivering high-quality legal advice and representation. This is a client-focused role suited to a confident solicitor who enjoys autonomy and progression.
Key Responsibilities
1. Handling a full caseload of housing disrepair claims from inception to conclusion
2. Advising clients on housing conditions, disrepair claims, and related litigation
3. Drafting legal documents, correspondence, and court pleadings
4. Liaising with clients, experts, counsel, and other third parties
5. Ensuring compliance with regulatory and procedural requirements
About You
6. Qualified Solicitor with 2–5 years’ PQE
7. Proven experience in Housing Disrepair (essential)
8. Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
9. Excellent communication and client care skills
10. Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
