An outstanding leadership opportunity is now available within the Tony White Group (TWG) for an experienced Dealer Principal / General Manager to lead our highly successful Cardiff Ford dealership.
Reporting directly to the Group Operations Manager, this senior role is suited to a proven automotive executive with strong end-to-end dealership experience across new and used vehicle sales, service and administration. You will be entrusted with the leadership of an award-winning operation and empowered to further optimise performance, culture, customer and OEM outcomes.
This is a hands‑on, visible leadership role requiring a commercially astute professional who thrives on accountability, values strong OEM partnerships, and is passionate about developing high‑performing teams.

About You
* Proven experience as a Dealer Principal or Automotive General Manager (essential)
* Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret and act on financial and operational data
* Comprehensive understanding of dealership sales and aftersales operations
* A track record of building, leading, and retaining high‑performing teams
* A strategic mindset combined with a practical, hands‑on leadership style
