3. £24,829 per annum (pro rata)
4. Full Time only
5. A full UK Driving License and your own car are essential

This service has 6 individuals all who have different needs including learning disabilities along with Asperger's, Autism, Epilepsy and Mental Health conditions. This is a service where there are behaviors that challenge, but training is provided, and you will also provide support to all individuals via shared support and on a 1 to 1 basis. The service users have various activities that they attend with staff support. These include Snoozelum, Nova Club, in-house arts & crafts and cookery sessions, aromatherapy as well as house trips and holidays.

No two days are the same, but your day might look like this!

6. Supporting our people to be engaged in all day-to-day activities, including making full use of their community and beyond.
7. Supporting our people with social activities and connecting with family and friends.
8. Supporting the management of our people’s finances.
9. Keeping our people’s home clean and fresh, and going shopping.
10. Providing, and encouraging, personal care.
11. And enjoying what you do!

Experience in social care is not essential, we provide a full range of accredited and award-winning training programmes at no cost to yourself, including the Health and Social Care Diploma that will really support your career progression.
