A Bid Writer needed urgently to join a medium sized housing developer in Essex/East London.
The successful candidate will be responsible for writing exemplary qualitative responses to secure new opportunities for the company in line with their business plan.
A background in housing, development or construction is essential as is a drive to win new work and perform under pressure. There is scope within the business to progress within the work winning team with the right attitude.
Reporting into the Bid and Proposals manager, you will have scope to progress into a bid management role with the business supporting and funding the APMP qualification.
