You’ll have the chance to use your skills in the best possible manner whilst growing and developing within our exceptional learning environment.What’s more, we’ll provide you with everything you ned to thrive and be successful whilst empowering you to grow your career and strengthen vital UK industries through high-quality training.The Role As Product Development Manager, you will lead the design, delivery, and quality assurance of instructor-led training programmes across a diverse product portfolio.You will oversee the full product lifecycle, from scoping and development to launch, maintenance, and review, ensuring that each product is delivered to a high standard, meets market needs, and aligns with regulatory and internal quality requirements.By managing and supporting a small team of 1–3 direct reports and collaborating closely with departments, you’ll drive product innovation based on customer research, user feedback, and market trends.Additionally, you will:- Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of projects, resolving risks and managing progress- Oversee internal quality checks, maintaining compliance with industry and audit standards- Use analytics and customer insights to inform product strategy and improve learner outcomesAbout YouTo be considered as our Product Development Manager, you will need:- Proven experience in product or project management- Excellent team leadership and performance management skills- A strong grip on risk management, scheduling, and project delivery- A good understanding of how to respond to market trends and customer feedback- An understanding of product development processes- Strong communication skills- A full, valid driving licence and access to a vehicle (due to our location)We reserve the right to close this vacancy early if we receive sufficient applications for the role.
